Private Dental Insurance
We accept a wide range of PPO insurances. We are in network with many insurance plans, including United Healthcare and Delta Dental PPO plans. Call for information about your individual plan. Our knowledgeable team members will be able to review your insurance information and provide more information in order to maximize your benefit. As a courtesy, we will file your claim with your insurance carrier.
State Insurance
We accept Hawki through Delta Dental. We also coordinate with local general dentists referring patients with medicaid to complete treatment using single case agreements.
Fee for Service
We welcome parents without insurance. If you don’t have dental insurance, we provide quality dental care at a reasonable cost. Our “fee for service” model allows us to focus on providing the best dental care and provides families with the freedom to decide where to bring your children. Ask our team about our in office membership program.
